ANSWERING YOUR CALL TO CHANGE THE WORLD

When she was a college student, Betsy wondered for the first time if she might be called to ministry. Now that she has been a minister for more than a couple of decades, she hopes her story might help others who are wondering if they are called to ministry, too. Betsy Magness has served on the pastoral staff of churches ranging from 250 to 5000, but now her full-time ministry is as a professor of Worship Leadership at Milligan University. She teaches Bible and worship ministry classes and mentors students as they plan campus worship services. Betsy continues to serve alongside the fantastic staff team at First Christian Church in Johnson City, TN as a Minister of Worship and Communications. Betsy is passionate about helping the next generation explore God's call, grow in their readiness to serve and lead, and plan worship services that connect people to God.

HOW 30 MINUTES A WEEK CAN TRANSFORM YOUR SCHOOL

YCI exists to reach the world for Christ through youth. We accomplish this through partnering with local churches to equip students to lead YCI clubs on middle and high school campuses. For over 25 years, we have seen God move mightily through students meeting weekly to play, pray, grow and go. We believe God wants to reach your campus, and He wants to do it through you. We are here to help every step of the way.

Join us for a hands-on service opportunity with International Disaster Emergency Service (IDES) during TCTC. This experience is designed for groups to serve together, learn about the mission, and reflect on how God calls us to respond. The event will take place at Mills Auditorium.
Groups are scheduled in advance, so it is important that your group arrives at Mills Auditorium at your designated time, as the experience runs on a structured rotation. This is a meaningful opportunity for your group to serve together in a tangible way while attending TCTC.
