The first step to register your group will be to create  a profile for your church or login to your existing account. No worries if you are having issues logging in or have forgotten your login credentials, simply click the forgot my password to reset your account password. If you continue to have issues feel free to email our registrar at register@tctcinfo.com for any assistance. 

Once you have accessed your profile you are ready to select either Alpha or Omega track. Often times we find that groups coming from out of state find it more convenient to select Alpha since their students will already have to take school off on Friday and this allows your group to head back home earlier on Sunday. For groups that are more local, Omega tends to cater best to allowing time for students to not miss school and still make it in time Friday evening.

We highly recommend EVERY group to register as soon as possible so that you can save money and also receive complimentary convention shirts. T-shirts are only included for groups who register during Super-early Bird (early October)  and Early Bird (early November) deadlines. Regular registration ends at the end of December.

However we do understand things can happen so we do allow for onsite registration but this is the most expensive option. If you find yourself needing tickets for your group last minute make sure to check our social media accounts as we try to help churches connect with some who have purchased too many tickets and those looking for tickets. This always ends up being a less expensive option than onsite registration.

Convention shirts are offered complimentary to all groups who register during the Super Early Bird and Early Bird deadlines. During the registration process you will be asked for T-shirt sizes. Don't fret if you don't know what sizes you need while filling out registration. You can log back into your account to change sizes at a later date. An email will notify you of the deadline to have final T-shirt sizes entered.

If you weren't able to register during Super Early Bird or Early Bird deadlines, convention shirts will be available for sale in the information booth at the back of the main hall while supplies last.
